Agent Giraffe is a cultural brokerage. An agent for the expansion and sale of culture. It is an attempt at illumination.
Agent Giraffe began as a desire to move fine art out of Canada, particularly Nova Scotia. It has become much more than this. Rather than positioning myself as an Artist agent or broker or whatever-you-would-like-to-call-it AG has become a spring board for talent, ideas and innovation.
AG is a place where Art, Music, Politics, Policy and Community combine. It is an attempt at seeing the World from a new perspective. It is my belief that we, Westerners, are not yet ready for a radical paradigm shift. Innovators and Leaders should be working to promote a new paradigm through the delivery and packaging of the old.
The function of Agent Giraffe is not to tell people where to put their attention. The goal is to present new ideas and strategies in a way which encourages people to change how they experience their own culture and place in a global community.
